- Have you checked your termination? Is the drive the only SCSI device
- on the 3000? On the 4000? The device at each physical end of the
- bus must be terminated; others, if any, must not. Failure to follow
- this rule can result in errors.

- Dunno much about SCSI II, but I think it's a superset of SCSI I and
- should be able to run SCSI I devices.

- I don't have a lot of time myself, but if I bother to post in a
- newsgroup I don't normally read, I feel it's my responsibility
- to at least scan it for followups for a reasonable length of time
